Surveys to advise on systems or equipment required in your premises

A site survey by one of our qualified engineers can offer peace of mind that you have taken all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of employees, residents or visitors to your property. Site surveys and quotations are provided at no cost to you.

The design, supply, installation and commission

We undertake Fire Protection, Fire Fighting and Security Systems installation from start to finish, including the design, supply, installation and commissioning at competitive prices.

Annual Maintenance contract of new or existing systems

Non-comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract : Once the client enters into this AMC, our team of trained engineers' and technicians' will visit the site and carry out Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) which is ideally done in monthly and quarterly. Apart from the PMS, even the complaints are attended without an additional cost. However the Spare parts and Consumables are chargeable at prevailing prices.

FIRE NOC CERTIFICATION

We offer;

  • Fire Inspection and survey for all type of buildings.
  • Preperation of Fire drawings for all type buildings.
  • Submitting the require documents to Government Fire & Rescue authorities for arrangements of Fire NOC.
  • Renewal of Fire NOC for existing buildings.

MANAGED SERVICES (OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE CONTRACT)

The Well qualified & trained engineers will be deployed at your facility to monitor, maintain and manage your systems.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER SERVICES

Undertakes the supply, refill, pressure test and replacement of Fire Extinguishers
By carrying out servicing and maintenance of your system you not only prolong the operational life of your system but also ensure that, when needed it will be in good working order. The cost of such "piece of mind" to protect your business, your premises, stock and machinery and people is relatively small.
